Make one row for each required action
Record the admission application, offer conditions, scholarship form, references and acceptance actions. Assign each its own date, source and status. Where the university has not published a date, write unknown and allow preparation time; do not invent a deadline.
Check whether an offer is needed first
Bath's January 2027 Management awards require an eligible offer and the correct scholarship form. The remaining published round is 2 November 2026. The page does not establish a universal admission deadline or precise scholarship closing time, so applicants should confirm these rather than assume same-day admission is feasible.
Registration of interest is a different step
Bath's September 2027 Global Excellence instructions list February, April and June rounds, but currently invite interest registration and say applicants will be contacted when applications open. An interest form is neither an award application nor a funding promise. Keep preparation, open application and submitted application as separate statuses.
Review the exact award after an offer
Confirm course, intake, study mode and applicant conditions against the offer. Check whether the scholarship is fee-only and whether another award can be combined. Save your own submitted application and provider confirmation, then track the decision separately from the course offer. A published result date is an expectation, not evidence that you have won an award.
Your Next-Step Checklist
- Confirm the named course, intake and award.
- Check offer-before-scholarship requirements.
- Track admission and funding dates independently.
- Distinguish interest registration from applications.
- Record exact times as unknown where not published.
- Keep admission and award decisions separate.
