Terms and Conditions
The conditions for public browsing, optional accounts and institutional enquiries.
Operator and scope
Linkuble is operated by LURNABLE LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 11235154, with registered office at 5th Floor, 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. Contact info@lurnable.com. These terms apply to use of Linkuble. Separate written campaign agreements govern paid institutional services.
Free research discovery
Public browsing is free. The directory covers a selection of UK research Master’s, PhD and postdoctoral opportunities; it does not include every programme, vacancy or award. Opportunities may be funded, partly funded, unfunded or have unconfirmed coverage.
Institutions handle applications and decisions. Check the current official notice for deadlines, eligibility, fee status, costs, funding, supervision and application instructions before acting. We do not guarantee admission, funding, employment, supervision or a particular result. Nothing on the site is personalised legal, immigration or financial advice.
Accounts and availability
Optional accounts use Sign in with ChatGPT and are subject to that provider’s authentication requirements. Keep access secure, supply truthful information and use only an account you are entitled to use. Profile suggestions are topic-based discovery aids, not an eligibility decision.
You may export or delete your Linkuble workspace from My Account. Account deletion does not close a third-party account. Saved alert preferences do not mean email or WhatsApp delivery is active. We may change or suspend features for maintenance, security, legal requirements or abuse; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Listings, source rights and corrections
We publish original factual summaries, official links and source-check dates. Recurring opportunities without a confirmed current cycle must not be presented as open for applications. Information may change after checking; corrections can be sent through our complaints route.
University names identify the institution offering the opportunity and do not imply endorsement or a partnership. Third-party materials and trademarks remain their owners’ property. A publicly accessible source does not automatically grant a right to reproduce its text, images or database.
You may use the site for personal research discovery and share links. Do not copy or commercially republish substantial parts of the catalogue or copyrighted content without the relevant permission or another lawful basis. Nothing here removes rights granted by law.
Submissions and acceptable use
Submit only information you are entitled and authorised to provide. Give accurate official-source details and avoid confidential research, applicant documents, sensitive personal information or material infringing another person’s rights. You permit us to use your submitted opportunity brief to assess it and prepare an agreed listing.
Do not impersonate institutions, submit fraudulent opportunities, bypass access controls, overload the service, introduce malware or misuse personal information. We may reject submissions or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.
Advertising and commercial agreements
An enquiry does not book a campaign, publish a listing, create a subscription or require payment. There is no self-service checkout or applicant subscription charge at present. Scope, dates, price, taxes where applicable, reporting, cancellation, refunds and content approval must be agreed in writing before a paid campaign starts.
Paid placements are labelled Sponsored. Payment buys agreed placement, not editorial approval, improved relevance, an applicant’s private data or guaranteed clicks, applications or recruitment. Incorrect or closed opportunities may be corrected or removed. The campaign agreement sets the consequences of early closure or removal; no blanket no-refund rule is imposed by these website terms.
External services and responsibility
External websites have their own terms, privacy rules and application processes. We take reasonable care in maintaining Linkuble, but cannot control an institution’s notice or a third-party service. Tell us about material errors promptly so we can investigate.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Other responsibility is assessed under applicable law; these terms do not impose a blanket waiver of your rights.
Complaints, changes and governing law
Send complaints to info@lurnable.com and see Complaints and Corrections for the process. Privacy and cookie notices explain data use; continued browsing is not consent to optional analytics.
We may revise these terms and show the updated date. Material changes to an agreed paid service are handled under its contract, not imposed retroactively through a page update. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights, including rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction where applicable.
