Complaints and Corrections
Report a source error, service concern, privacy complaint, rights issue or accessibility barrier.
How to contact us
Email info@lurnable.com. Put “Linkuble Correction”, “Linkuble Complaint”, “Linkuble Data Protection Complaint”, “Linkuble Copyright” or “Linkuble Accessibility” in the subject as appropriate. You can also write to LURNABLE LTD at 5th Floor, 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF.
Include the page URL or enquiry reference, what happened, relevant dates, any official source and the outcome you seek. Share only information needed to investigate; we may request clarification. You do not need a Linkuble account to complain.
Our handling process
We record the concern, identify who needs to investigate, check relevant evidence and explain the outcome or action. We aim to acknowledge ordinary complaints within five working days and respond within 20 working days; if more time is needed, we explain why and provide an update. These are service targets, not a guarantee that a complex dispute will be resolved within that period.
Data protection complaints are acknowledged within 30 days of receipt. We investigate and respond without undue delay, keeping you informed of progress and explaining the outcome. Requests to exercise data rights are handled under their separate statutory timescales, normally one month.
Corrections and rights concerns
For a listing error, include the current official notice and explain the specific funding, date or eligibility discrepancy. Where a material claim is disputed, we may hold the listing while checking.
For a copyright or other rights complaint, identify the material, your relationship to the rights holder and the grounds of the concern. We may remove disputed material while investigating. Do not assume that all public university material may be copied.
Escalation and privacy
If you disagree with the outcome, reply explaining what remains unresolved and request a further review by the operator. You may complain directly to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office about personal-data concerns; our process does not remove that right or other legal remedies.
We use complaint details to investigate and respond, limit access to those who need them and apply the retention criteria in our Privacy Policy. Please report security issues privately to info@lurnable.com rather than publishing personal information.
