Your choice

You can accept or reject optional analytics with equal choices in the banner, and reopen Cookie Settings at any time. Refusal does not stop public browsing. Google Analytics is not loaded by the site before a valid acceptance. We use a 180-day preference period, after which you are asked again. Clearing browser storage also resets the choice.

Storage used by Linkuble

linkuble-analytics-consent: browser local storage containing your accepted or rejected analytics choice, notice version and expiry time. This is necessary to remember and respect your choice. The preference expires after 180 days; the stored entry may remain until replaced or cleared, but an expired choice does not permit analytics.

_ga and _ga_<stream suffix>: first-party Google Analytics cookies identifying a browser and maintaining visit/session measurements after acceptance. Linkuble configures their lifetime to 180 days without refreshing expiry on each page view. Your browser may expire them earlier. Cookie lifetime is different from retention of reports held by Google.

Hosting, security and Sign in with ChatGPT may use necessary cookies or storage to establish a session, authenticate you and prevent abuse. Their names and durations are controlled by those providers and the sign-in flow, rather than set by Linkuble’s application code. They may last for a session or the provider’s configured authentication/security period. We do not describe an unverified provider inventory as complete.

What optional analytics collects

Analytics can receive browser/device details, a cookie identifier and public-page or selected official-source-click information. Network requests also disclose connection information to Google. Our configured page events omit query strings and fragments, while selected opportunity-click events contain an opportunity identifier and destination domain. We do not use Google Signals or advertising personalisation in the site configuration.

The site excludes private workspace, review, sign-in, API and enquiry-submission pages from its analytics loader. Google Analytics measurement options controlled in the Google account also need to match this configuration. We do not use advertiser tracking pixels or SendGrid open/click tracking in institutional outreach or enquiry notifications.

Withdraw or change consent

Choose Reject Analytics in Cookie Settings to stop subsequent analytics loading and remove accessible _ga cookies on this site. You can also remove cookies and local storage through your browser. Withdrawal does not erase reports already held by Google; contact us about any applicable data request.

If browser storage is blocked, the site may ask again after a refresh and will not assume consent. Changes apply to this browser; another device or browser has its own choice.

Other websites and questions
