Are UK scholarships available for home and international students?

What is the difference between a bursary, scholarship and tuition discount?
A means-tested bursary assesses financial need. A scholarship may reward academic or other achievement. A tuition discount reduces fees and does not provide cash for living costs. Individual terms control the benefit.
Does automatic consideration guarantee funding?
No. Some automatic awards are competitive or conditional. Other bursaries depend on an approved income assessment and data-sharing consent. Read the specific application method and evidence requirements.
